I. The subject of the contract is the hire of buses and coaches with a driver to transport students with disabilities, together with a caregiver, to schools, divided into Tasks, i.e. to the following schools: - Nasz Dom Rehabilitation and Educational Centre at the Education and Rehabilitation Centre at ul. Wyciska 5 in Zabrze, - Non-Public Special School Preparing for Employment (NSSPdP) at ul. Karczewskiego 10 in Zabrze - Primary School with Integration Classes No. 8 (SP8) at ul. Wajdy 7 in Zabrze, - Primary School with Integration Classes No. 14 (SP14) at ul. Gdańskiej 10 in Zabrze, - Special Primary School No. 38 (SPS38) at ul. Damrota 33 in Zabrze, - Special Primary School No. 39 (SPS39) at ul. Wolskiego 10 in Zabrze, - Special Primary School No. 40 (SPS40) at ul. Bytomskiej 94 in Zabrze, - Special Primary School No. 41 (SPS41) at ul. Konopnickiej 3 in Zabrze, - Primary School with Integration Classes No. 42 (SP42) at ul. Grażyńskiego 17, - Special Primary School No. 35 in Ruda Śląska. II. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Part III of the SWZ. III. Information on the anticipated contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Pzp. 1. The Contracting Authority anticipates awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of these contracts, in respect of each part, will be the hire of buses and coaches with a driver to transport students with disabilities, together with a caregiver, to schools. 2. CPV code: 60172000-4 – Hire of buses and coaches with driver. 3. Circumstances following which contracts will be awarded – a contract may be awarded when repetition of a similar scope of work covered by the subject of the agreement results from the Contracting Authority’s current needs, including: a) where, during the year, there is a need to hire a bus or coach with a driver in order to provide transport for new students, b) where the contractual amount allocated for performance of the contract has been used, c) where the procedure for awarding the subsequent contract under the open procedure is prolonged, d) where the number of students increases or transport to other educational institutions is required. 4. The procedure for awarding a similar contract may be initiated on the basis of a report approved by the Contracting Authority describing the scope of the services, the need to perform them, and after securing the appropriate financial resources. 5.
