Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the task entitled: Development of green squares in Toruń under the Participatory Budget: part 1 “Magical corner - square at 23 Rydygiera St.” part 2 “Green screen - completing the development of Galon Triangle”, part 3 “Guest, sit under the tree- relaxation zone by the DPS” 1. The subject of the contract includes performance of the task entitled; Magical corner - square at 23 Rydygiera St.”- service involving construction of a mineral-surface pedestrian route in the central part of the square in the shape of a circle, together with an access path connected to the existing pedestrian pavement, planting 1 tree in the central part of the square in the middle of the circle and ornamental shrubs around the perimeter of the designed circle, installation of small architectural elements: 3 park benches and 1 waste bin, on plot No. 21/69, plot No. 21/46, precinct 51 in Toruń. 2. The locations, scope of the task and necessary studies are specified in the annexes to the contract: 1) Annex No. 1-Description of the Magical Corner task 2) Annex No. 2 - overview map of the Magical Corner 3. In performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) prepare the designated areas for planting the tree and ornamental shrubs - removal of turf, replacement of soil to a depth of 30 cm., loosening, levelling, laying agrotextile under the shrubs, in accordance with the principles of horticultural practice, 2) remove plant residues and contaminants such as stones, bedding material, rubble, rubbish, level the area and dispose of waste. 3) supply and plant 8 trees and ornamental shrubs in designated beds with a total area of 60 m2 in the prepared beds of the square, 4) carry out finishing work (mulching with composted wood chips, watering, etc.). 5) installation of small architectural elements - 2 urban loungers 6) Construction of a mineral-surface pedestrian route, located in the central part of the square in the shape of a circle, together with an access path connected to the adjacent pedestrian pavement, with the entrance between the streetlamp and the fence on the side of the sports field and access to the existing tables with outdoor games. A circle with a diameter of 10 metres, measured from the outer edge. A mineral pedestrian route 200 cm wide, forming a circle with an access path. The edging of the path separating the planting beds and lawns shall be made of EKO-BORD edging 10 cm high. 4.As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also required to transport all waste generated in connection with performance of the subject of the contract to a municipal waste landfill. The associated costs, including fees for depositing waste at the landfill, shall be borne by the Contractor as part of the remuneration arising from the model contract. 5. Detailed conditions for performance of the contract with regard to planting are specified in the model contract constituting an annex to the SWZ. 1. The subject of the contract includes performance of the task entitled "Green screen - completing the development of Galon Triangle”- service involving the planting of 8 cherry plum trees. Planting ornamental shrubs over an area of 60 m², installation of 2 urban loungers in the central part of the square located along Letnia St. and Galon Triangle with a car park, on part of plot No. 643/1, precinct 70 in Toruń. 2. The locations, scope of the task and necessary studies are specified in the annexes to the contract: 1) Annex No. 1- PZT - Description of the area by the DPS 2) Annex No. 2 - PZT - Map of the area by the DPS. 3. In performing the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) prepare the designated areas for planting ornamental shrubs - removal of turf, replacement of soil to a depth of 30 cm., loosening, levelling, laying agrotextile under the shrubs, in accordance with the principles of horticultural practice, 2) remove plant residues and contaminants such as stones, bedding material, rubble, rubbish, level the area and dispose of waste. 3) supply and plant ornamental shrubs, perennials and grasses, and provide screening hedge planting in the prepared beds of the square, 4) carry out finishing work (mulching with composted wood chips, watering, etc.). 5) installation of small architectural elements - benches with backrests, rocking benches, loungers, trellis, waste bins, bicycle racks, game tables, vegetable crates. 4. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is also required to transport all waste generated in connection with performance of the subject of the contract to a municipal waste landfill. The associated costs, including fees for depositing waste at the landfill, shall be borne by the Contractor as part of the remuneration arising from the model contract. 5.
