Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of urban green areas and cleanliness of streets, sidewalks and squares within the Municipality of Nowa Sól – City in the years 2026-2028. The contract is divided into two parts: a) part no. 1 – covering the ongoing maintenance of urban green areas with an area of 117 032 m2 and the cleanliness of sidewalks adjacent to municipal buildings, sidewalks and areas adjacent to public gardens, parking lots, streets, areas adjacent to municipal buildings, as well as squares, fountains and sandboxes with an area of 75 973 m2 in the northern part of the Municipality of Nowa Sól – City. A detailed list of the areas covered by part no. 1 is provided in attachment no. 1a to the SWZ. b) part no. 2 – covering the ongoing maintenance of urban green areas with an area of 58 879 m2 and the cleanliness of sidewalks adjacent to municipal buildings, sidewalks and areas adjacent to public gardens, parking lots, streets, areas adjacent to municipal buildings, as well as squares, fountains and sandboxes with an area of 74 455 m2 in the southern part of the Municipality of Nowa Sól - City.
