Greenery plantings with small architectural elements: Part 1 “Development of the undeveloped area at the intersection of Błękitna/Idzikowskiego Streets” - BO Part 2 “Green for me! Peacefully! We are completing the neighborhood park in Bielawy” - BO Part 3 “Greening Bydgoskie and Bielany” - BO 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of a service consisting of the “Development of the undeveloped area at the intersection of Błękitna and Idzikowskiego Streets”: - construction of a pedestrian path with a mineral surface and edging in the central part of the square, together with an access path connected to the existing pedestrian sidewalk, - planting ornamental shrubs and a strip of bulbous plants at the edge of the square along the pedestrian sidewalk from Idzikowskiego Street, - installation of small architectural elements: 2 park benches and 1 waste bin, - planting ornamental shrubs and bulbous plants, installing benches and a waste bin, and laying a mineral path in accordance with the attachment - Greenery Design for the task, on plot no. 530 and plot no. 532, precinct 71, in Toruń. 2. The locations, species, quantities and parameters of the plantings and the description of task performance are specified in the attachments to the model contract: 1) Attachment no. 1. Greenery development design - description - Błękitna / Idzikowskiego 2) Attachment no. 2. Greenery design - map attachment 3. When performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) prepare the designated areas for planting ornamental shrubs and bulbous plants - remove turf, replace soil to a depth of 30 cm, loosen and level it, and lay agrotextile under the shrubs, in accordance with horticultural practice (bulbous plants without agrotextile), 2) remove plant residues and contaminants such as stones, bedding material, rubble and waste, level the site and dispose of waste. 3) supply and plant ornamental shrubs and bulbous plants in the designated prepared sections of the square, 4) carry out finishing work (mulching with composted wood chips, watering, etc.). 5) install small architectural elements - 2 benches and waste bins 6) Construct a pedestrian path with a mineral surface, located in the central part of the square, together with an access path connected to the adjacent pedestrian sidewalk, with entry from Błękitna Street. The mineral pedestrian path shall be 200 cm wide. The border of the path separating the planting sections and lawns shall be made of concrete edging measuring 100x30x6 cm or EKO-BORD-type edging 10 cm high. 1.4. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to transport all waste generated in connection with the performance of the subject matter of the contract to a municipal waste landfill. The associated costs, including waste disposal fees at the landfill, shall be borne by the Contractor as part of the remuneration resulting from the model contract. 1.5. The detailed conditions for contract performance have been specified in the model contract constituting an attachment to the SWZ. 1. The subject matter of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: - “Green for me! And peacefully! We are completing the neighborhood park in Bielawy” - a BO task. 2. The scope of work includes: construction of a pedestrian path with a mineral surface and edging, planting 31 trees, planting ornamental shrubs, hedge shrubs, perennials and grasses in beds covering an area of 293m2, reclamation and restoration of lawns in damaged areas, installation of small architectural elements: benches, swing benches and waste bins, and installation of a pergola over bench-tables at the playground. The detailed scope of the work and the location are specified in the attachment to the task - Site Development Design: Development of the square at Szczecińska Street on plots no. 326/15, 292/9 and 469/2, precinct 53. 3. The locations, scope of the task and necessary studies are specified in the attachments to the model contract: 1) Attachment no. 1. When performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) prepare the designated areas for planting trees, ornamental shrubs, perennials and grasses - remove turf, replace soil to a depth of 30 cm, loosen and level it, and lay agrotextile under the shrubs, in accordance with horticultural practice, 2) remove plant residues and contaminants such as stones, bedding material, concrete rubble and waste, level the site and dispose of waste. 3) supply and plant trees, ornamental shrubs, perennials and grasses, and reclaim and sow lawns in the designated prepared sections of the square, 4) carry out finishing work (mulching with composted wood chips, watering, etc.). 5) install small park architectural elements - benches, waste bins, rocking benches and pergolas. 6) Construct a pedestrian path with a mineral surface. The mineral pedestrian path shall be 200 cm wide, with a border separating the planting sections and lawns. 5. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to transport all waste generated in connection with the performance of the subject matter of the contract to a municipal waste landfill. The associated costs, including waste disposal fees at the landfill, shall be borne by the Contractor as part of the remuneration resulting from the model contract. 6.
