Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of maintaining greenery in road lanes located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Rzeszów. Description: As part of maintaining greenery in road lanes located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Rzeszów, the Contractor will perform the following work: 1) mowing lawns in street road lanes together with the care of existing plantings - up to 1 212 ha 2) felling and maintenance and sanitary pruning of trees and shrubs - in the quantities and units indicated in the price form 3) establishing and maintaining lawns and clean-up and repair work related to the maintenance of areas maintained by ZZM in Rzeszów - in the quantities indicated in the price form, 4) other activities necessary for the care and maintenance of greenery in road lane areas - in the quantities indicated in the price form, 5) planting and care of seasonal plant material in flower pots hanging on lamps, in pots and flower towers placed in road lanes, and in-ground flower beds, together with their maintenance during the growing season – 7 months. The above activities will be performed in the road lanes of streets in the city of Rzeszów, covering an area of approximately 250 ha. For the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor must hold: - authorizations required by the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, to the extent necessary for municipal waste management, - an agreement concluded with a regional municipal waste treatment installation, or substitute installations designated to serve the Central Region in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, for the acceptance of municipal waste and waste from the maintenance of green areas, Size/Scope: administrative boundaries of the city of Rzeszów.
