Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of electric beds with equipment, mattresses, and bedside cabinets for the needs of the Nursing and Care Facility at SP ZOZ in Łapy, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract, and Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – assortment and price form. The subject of the contract consists of 2 packages: Package No. 1 - Electric beds with equipment and mattresses Package No. 2 - Bedside cabinets The Contractor may submit a tender for one package of the contract, several of them, or the entire contract. The tender must be complete with respect to the individual packages of the contract. Failure to include even one of the assortment items in a given package for which a tender is submitted will result in the rejection of the tender relating to that package.
