Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation and the execution of construction works for the task entitled: Extension and expansion of Building H to increase accessibility and improve the quality of psychiatric care at the District Hospital in Chrzanów. Co-financing from the State Treasury – the Minister of Health until 31 December 2027 for the implementation of the investment programme entitled: “Extension and expansion of Building H to increase accessibility and improve the quality of psychiatric care at the District Hospital in Chrzanów”. The deadline for completion of the entire subject of the Contract (which means the deadline for completing all works/activities falling within the scope of the subject of the Contract, signing the final acceptance protocol by the Parties, and obtaining an occupancy permit): no later than 31.12.2027 (the indication of the date results from the need to complete and settle the Project as specified in the SWZ).
