Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of this procurement is: The subject matter of this Agreement is the implementation by the Contractor of the entire Investment in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the procurement provided for in the procedure conducted as an open tender under the name “Installation of a pneumatic tube transport and compressed air system together with the necessary supply installations for the Collection Point”, in accordance with the Agreement, SWZ, Design Documentation, clarifications to the procurement documents, and the Contractor’s tender. In particular, the subject matter of this Agreement includes: a. Execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the prepared design documentation, PFU, SWZ, and the principles of technical knowledge b. Preparation, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of notifications of the commencement and completion of works and obtaining permits required by law and necessary for the construction of the facility and putting it into use (if required), c. Execution of construction and installation works in accordance with the prepared design documentation, PFU, SWZ, clarifications to the procurement documents, the Contractor’s Tender, applicable regulations, and the principles of technical knowledge, d. Preparation, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of notifications of the commencement and completion of works and obtaining permits, consents, opinions, and approvals required by law and necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the Agreement and putting it into use, if required, e. Organization and conduct of the necessary tests, examinations, measurements, and acceptances, as well as final acceptance of all works of a given stage that are the subject matter of the procurement, f. preparation and handover of as-built documentation and other documents necessary for acceptance and proper use of the subject matter of the Agreement.
