Poland – Hotel meeting and conference services – “Organization of a trip for Małopolska SMEs to the Expoalimentaria 2026 Trade Fair in Lima”

Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the comprehensive organization of a trip for representatives of Małopolska entrepreneurs to the Expoalimentaria 2026 Trade Fair in Lima, which will take place on 23-25 September 2026 as part of the “GoExport Małopolska” project. The contract includes the performance of the entire service, including the preparation, supervision and coordination of the trip, organization of air transport, organization of passenger transport at the trade fair location, catering for participants, organization of accommodation for all trade fair participants with breakfast, insurance, and translation services in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract – Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. NOTE! In the event of: - a change in the date of the Trade Fair or its cancellation in the traditional format, as well as when the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country/city of the trade fair makes it impossible, - the occurrence of extraordinary circumstances beyond the Contracting Authority’s control, in particular those related to the geopolitical situation, armed conflicts, security threats, or the issuance by competent institutions (e.g. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) of warnings concerning travel to the place where the service is to be performed or through transit areas, resulting in participants withdrawing from the trip for security reasons and, consequently, making it impossible to assemble the minimum number of 12 participants necessary to perform the contract. The Contracting Authority will be entitled to cancel the procedure pursuant to Article 255 point 5) of the uPzp or withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 456 section 1 point 1 of the uPzp.
