The subject matter of the contract is the provision of equipment and transport services for the winter maintenance of voivodeship roads in the 2026/2027 winter season in the area of the Staszów Voivodeship Roads District, together with the provision of post-winter cleaning services for streets (roadways), pavements, cycle paths, car parks and bridge structures along the section of the voivodeship road in question, divided into 7 lots, i.e. 1) Task No 1 – Staszów Road Maintenance Unit – Subject S.1 to S.8 2) Task No 2 – Nowa Słupia Road Maintenance Unit – Subject N.1 to N.7 3) Task No 3 – Ćmielów Road Maintenance Unit – Subject C.1 to C.7 4) Task No 4 – Tempoczów Road Maintenance Unit – Subject T.1 to T.7 5) Task No 5 – Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for voivodeship road No 757 – Subject O.1 to O.3 6) Task No 6 – Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for voivodeship road No 744 – Subject K.1 to K.3 7) Task No 7 – Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for voivodeship road No 973 – Subject B.1 to B.6 The detailed scope of the contract, the manner of its performance and the method of payment are set out in the Detailed Technical Specifications (SST) for equipment and transport services and post-winter cleaning, the bills of quantities and the model contract, constituting Annex No 10 to the SWZ and Annex No 6 to the SWZ, respectively. The contract will be performed in accordance with the Standards for the winter maintenance of voivodeship roads managed by the Świętokrzyski Voivodeship Roads Authority in Kielce from the 2026/2027 winter season. The subject matter of the contract is the provision of equipment and transport services for the winter maintenance of voivodeship roads in the 2026/2027 winter season using traction materials and chemical agents (salt) at the disposal of the Contracting Authority (stored on the premises of the relevant Road Maintenance Unit or Materials Base), using equipment loaned by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor’s own equipment, the Contractor’s transport vehicle, and the provision of services related to the post-winter cleaning of streets (roadways), paths and pavements under the responsibility of the road authority, and bridge structures along voivodeship roads. The detailed scope of the contract, the manner of its performance and the method of payment are set out in the Detailed Technical Specifications (SST) for equipment and transport services and post-winter cleaning, the bills of quantities and the model contract, constituting Annex No 10 to the SWZ and Annex No 6 to the SWZ, respectively. The contract will be performed in accordance with the Standards for the winter maintenance of voivodeship roads managed by the Świętokrzyski Voivodeship Roads Authority in Kielce from the 2026/2027 winter season. The scope of performance of the above task includes: a) Provision of winter maintenance services for 1 kilometre of voivodeship road No 757 (a section of the former alignment of national road No 74 and No 9, 8.917 long, by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. b) Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for 1 m2 of pavements, cycle paths and car parks located alongside the section of voivodeship road No 757 in question by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. c) Provision of post-winter cleaning services for streets (roadways), pavements, cycle paths, car parks and bridge structures along the section of voivodeship road No 757 in question. The service includes the provision of: rental of a storage yard for the needs of winter road maintenance operations and operations related to the storage of the Contractor’s own materials, preparation of a sand-salt mixture using a loader, and loading of sand and the sand-salt mixture for the needs of Road Maintenance Unit No 4 in Staszów. The scope of performance of the task includes: a) Provision of winter maintenance services for 1 kilometre of voivodeship road No 744 on the Osiny – Mirzec – Starachowice (bypass) section – former alignment of national road No 42 to the interchange in the city of Starachowice, by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. b) Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for 1 m2 of pavements, cycle paths and car parks located alongside voivodeship road No 744 by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. c) Provision of post-winter cleaning services for streets (roadways), pavements, cycle paths, car parks and bridge structures along voivodeship road No 744. The service includes the provision of: rental of a storage yard for the needs of winter road maintenance operations and operations related to the storage of the Contractor’s own materials, preparation of a sand-salt mixture using a loader, and loading of sand and the sand-salt mixture for the needs of Road Maintenance Unit No 5 in Nowa Słupia. The scope of performance of the task includes: a) Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for 1 kilometre of road (per day) on voivodeship road No 973 Busko – Nowy Korczyn (main route) by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. b) Provision of comprehensive winter maintenance services for 1 kilometre of road (per day) on voivodeship road No 973 Busko – Nowy Korczyn (BORUSOWA BRIDGE) by a Contractor possessing its own materials and its own equipment. c) Provision of post-winter cleaning services for streets (roadways), pavements, cycle paths, car parks and bridge structures along voivodeship road No 973 Busko – Nowy Korczyn (main route). d) Provision of post-winter cleaning services for streets (roadways), pavements, cycle paths, car parks and bridge structures along voivodeship road No 973 Busko – Nowy Korczyn (BORUSOWA BRIDGE). DW973 – “main route” means the section at km 9+456 – 22+758, length 13.302km, and at km 0.000-3.496, length 3.469, TOTAL: 16.798km DW973 – “BORUSOWA BRIDGE” means the section at km 22.758 – 23.739, length 0.981km; The scope of services also includes the provision of rental of a storage yard for the needs of winter road maintenance operations and operations related to the storage of the Contractor’s own materials, preparation of a sand-salt mixture using a loader, and loading of sand and the sand-salt mixture for the needs of Road Maintenance Unit No 7 in Tempoczów.
