The subject of the contract is the SUPPLY OF FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT (platform trolley, mobile tub/basin, 150kg platform scale, stainless steel storage rack, stainless steel work table) according to the assortment and quantity list contained in the tender form in accordance with Annex No. 1 (parts 1 to 5) to the SWZ. ATTENTION!!! -This contract is awarded in three (III) parts, each of which is the subject of a separate contract award procedure, designated by the following case numbers: PART I - MAT/90/MT/2026 PART II - MAT/90/DB/2026 PART III - MAT/90/AW/2026 and comprising a total of 11 parts. This procedure MAT/90/MT/2026 covers five parts of the entire contract, including: parts 1 to 5. The draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ concern all 11 parts of the entire contract awarded in parts.
