The subject of the contract is the modernization of the existing installation, including: the design, supply and installation of equipment for the sorting line for selectively collected waste, together with the performance of the necessary accompanying works (including the dismantling of existing equipment), as well as the commissioning of the equipment and the training of employees operating the technological line in operation and maintenance. 1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of the existing installation, including: the design, supply and installation of equipment for the sorting line for selectively collected waste, together with the performance of the necessary accompanying works (including the dismantling of existing equipment), as well as the commissioning of the equipment and the training of employees operating the technological line in operation and maintenance. 2. Performance of the subject matter of the contract includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Preparatory work for the implementation of the investment. 2) Preparation of design documentation. 3) Delivery of the necessary materials, devices and equipment to the investment site. 4) Dismantling of the existing technological equipment, including: a) channel conveyors; b) sorting cabin; c) channel baling press; d) existing sorting conveyors together with the supporting structure and equipment; 5) Depositing the dismantled equipment at the designated location. Its subsequent management will be the responsibility of the Contracting Authority. 6) Tidying up the delivery area. 7) Performing the necessary tests and measurements. 8) Supply, unloading and installation of technological equipment, including: a) a single-shaft shredder for opening bags of selectively collected waste; b) a ballistic separator; c) two NIR optopneumatic separators (two-way) together with a compressor station; d) two sorting cabins; e) an Fe metal separator; f) an nFe metal separator; g) a channel baling press with a perforator; h) a system of reversible transport conveyors and channel conveyors i) bunker conveyors j) sorting conveyors k) storage bays l) a ventilation/dedusting system for the sorting installation (modernization of the existing installation); m) supporting structures, platforms, evacuation ladders; n) a complete visualization and control system; o) a computer set with an operator station; p) power supply for technological cabinets from the existing facility switchboard; q) power supply and control cabinets. 9) Renovation of the foreman’s room. 10) Installation of fire protection safeguards (including an SSP fire alarm system). 11) Application of protective coatings and corrosion protection to steel elements. 12) Tidying up the delivery area after the works. 13) Commissioning of the installation. 14) Training of the Contracting Authority’s personnel in the operation of technological equipment and installations. 15) Preparation of as-built documentation. 16) Preparation of documentation after completion of the works. 3. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and the draft contractual provisions, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. Definition of the subject matter of the contract: 1) Due to the structure of investment expenditure, in which the value of supplies of machinery and equipment constitutes the principal part of the overall investment, the Contracting Authority classifies this procedure as a supply contract within the meaning of Article 7(4) of the Pzp Act. Construction and installation works, including in particular: a) dismantling of existing equipment, b) assembly and installation work, c) replacement of the electrical installation in the hall and, if necessary, downstream of the main facility switchboard, d) adaptation of the facility to fire protection requirements, are ancillary to and accompany the supplies and do not constitute a separate or principal subject matter of the contract. 2) The purpose of implementing the public contract, the subject matter of which is described in this document, is to carry out modernization consisting of the installation of equipment enabling the existing technological line to be adapted to the currently applicable BAT requirements and the requirements imposed on installations of this type regarding the quantity of separated fractions transferred for recycling. 3) Implementation of the modernization will make it possible to: a) adapt the technological line to the currently applicable BAT requirements, b) ensure the level of preparation for reuse and recycling of waste required by Polish and EU legislation, c) reduce the quantity of waste directed to disposal at a landfill, d) automate the sorting process, e) increase the safety of employees operating the technological line, f) optimize costs associated with waste management. 4) The Contracting Authority requires reference to procedure No.: DZ.260.15.2026 in all correspondence concerning this Procedure. 5.
