Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the successive supply of promotional items, together with their personalization/marking, for the needs of the organizational units of the State Forests throughout the Republic of Poland. For the purpose of fulfilling and placing orders, the Contractor shall provide access to a purchasing platform. The Contractor should include all costs related to the operation of the purchasing platform in the tender price. The subject of the contract has been divided into 5 parts. The description of the subject of the contract for each part is contained in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – the assortment and price form. The description of the subject of the contract regarding the purchasing platform is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The quantities of the assortment are specified in Appendix No. 2. The stated quantities of the subject of the contract constitute estimated maximum quantities of the subject of the contract that may be ordered by the Contracting Authority and are used for the comparison and evaluation of tenders. The contract performance conditions are set out in Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ – draft contract.
