Opportunity description

• Brief description of the contract. The subject matter of the contract is the production and delivery of conference and information and exhibition materials/articles. • Detailed description of the contract (type and quantity of construction works, supplies or services, or specification of needs and requirements). The subject matter of the Contract is the production, personalization, packaging and delivery of conference, information, promotional and educational materials and articles for the Ministry of Infrastructure – Secretariat of the National Road Safety Council. The contract includes, in particular, the delivery of articles intended for use during conferences, information, educational and promotional events, road safety events, outdoor, sports and cycling events, activities aimed at children and young people, stands and exhibition events. The subject matter of the contract also includes the appropriate marking of materials, in particular through printing, engraving, sublimation, screen printing or another technique appropriate for the given type of material, in accordance with the requirements. The contract will include, among others, conference and office articles, clothing and sports accessories, travel articles, promotional and utility articles, cycling articles, reflective articles, educational materials for children, information and educational articles related to road safety, electronic gadgets, Estimated value: 570,000 PLN.
