Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Data Center infrastructure through the purchase and implementation of: 3 disk arrays, a RACK server for virtualization, a tape library for backup, 4 network switches and a UPS power supply together with software. The subject of the contract also includes training 2 employees of the Contracting Authority and providing warranty and maintenance services for the entirety of the supplied and completed subject of the contract. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts (2 packages). The specification of the subject of the contract is contained in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting an integral part thereof - Annex No. 1 (parts A,B,C,D) to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: Package No. 1: purchase, installation and implementation – RACK server (1 unit), tape library (1 unit), network switch (4 units), Type 1 disk array (2 units), Type 2 disk array (1 unit), UPS uninterruptible power supply (1 unit), and installation and implementation of Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter 16 CORE CSP software (or equivalent) – (4 units), Microsoft Windows Server 2025 User CAL CSP (or equivalent) – (200 units) supplied under Package No. 2. 2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract specified in Package No. 1, the Contractor is obliged to: 2.1 supply all necessary network accessories, optical modules, DAC cables, patch cords for the purpose of commissioning, connecting and configuring the supplied IT infrastructure; 2.2 perform installation and implementation services: 1) Services relating to the UPS uninterruptible power supply; 2) Services relating to the RACK server and migration of the data center environment 3) Services relating to the network switch 4) Services relating to the tape library 5) Services relating to the Type 1 disk array 6) Services relating to the Type 2 disk array 2.3 perform installation and implementation services for the operating system software supplied by the Contracting Authority; 2.4 prepare as-built documentation concerning: 1) Implemented systems and their configurations, 2) Access credentials, 3) Configuration of the supplied components, 4) Logical topology of the solution, 5) Physical topology of the solution. The scope of installation and implementation services for the individual IT devices is described in detail in Annex No. 1 OPZ - Part B. 3. Minimum required warranty period for the subject of the contract, Package No. 1 – 5 years from the date of signing the final protocol (delivery and acceptance protocol). The Contractor will be obliged to provide support services consisting of warranty services, technical assistance and other services related to system maintenance in accordance with the warranty terms specified in the OPZ – Annex No. 1 Part B to the SWZ. 1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: Package No. 2: purchase of software: Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter 16 CORE CSP (or equivalent) – (4 units), Microsoft Windows Server 2025 User CAL CSP (or equivalent) – (200 units) 2. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract specified in Package No. 2, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the Contracting Authority's registered office Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter 16 CORE CSP software (or equivalent) – (4 units), Microsoft Windows Server 2025 User CAL CSP (or equivalent) – (200 units) Description of equivalence for operating system software – Package No. 2: In Chapter III point 2.4.1 of the SWZ, the Contracting Authority specifies in detail the minimum parameters of the operating system software on the basis of which it will be assessed whether another program offered is equivalent.
