Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the design and construction of distributed modules constituting components of the National Road Traffic Management System. The contract is a continuation of a previously conducted procedure, under which part of the scope was awarded, while the parts indicated below (Part 2 and Part 3) were cancelled. In view of the above, in order to maintain the consistency of the documentation and avoid duplicating the numbering of the part already awarded, the original numbering of the contract parts has been retained. The contract is divided into the following parts: Part 2: S17 Garwolin–Kurów expressway, Garwolin – border of the Mazowieckie and Lubelskie Voivodeships section: 1. Garwolin (end of the bypass) – Gończyce (end of the bypass) section, from approx. km 49+973 to approx. km 62+200; 2. Gończyce (end of the bypass) – border of the Mazowieckie and Lubelskie Voivodeships section, from approx. km 62+200 to approx. km 75+212. Part 3: S17 Garwolin–Kurów expressway, border of the Mazowieckie and Lubelskie Voivodeships – “Sielce” junction (currently “Kurów Zachód”, excluding the junction) section: 1. border of the Mazowieckie and Lubelskie Voivodeships – “Skrudki” junction section (including the junction); 2. “Skrudki” junction (excluding the junction) – “Sielce” junction (currently “Kurów Zachód”, excluding the junction) section; 3. access section to the bridge crossing over the Vistula River in Puławy. The scope of the contract includes the implementation of the above-mentioned parts for the basic scope, based on infrastructure completed by the Contracting Authority under other tasks and new elements planned to be completed under this contract, constituting components of the National Traffic Management System. The devices and distributed modules constructed and integrated under the subject of the contract will form a logically coherent whole with the existing Central System (the Contracting Authority’s software) operating within the National Traffic Management System, which will be operated by the Regional Traffic Management Centre in Dys, ensuring data exchange, processing and visualisation.
