Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the purchase, delivery and installation of teaching equipment for school workshops, teaching equipment for the road traffic and means of transport workshop, equipment for classrooms, equipment for the quiet room, equipment for teaching rooms - lecture rooms at the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education in Niepołomice at 28 Kolejowa Street. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1, "Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract". Delivery to the address: 32-005 Niepołomice, 28 Kolejowa Street, and training in the operation of the equipment - furnishings in accordance with the attached specification. The names of manufacturers or trademarks used in the documentation serve solely and exclusively to clarify the subject matter of the contract and define technical and functional standards, as well as quality and technological standards. The Contracting Authority permits the offering of products that are no worse in terms of their quality and technical parameters than the products specified using manufacturers’ names, provided that the products offered have technical and quality parameters at least the same as or better than those of the products indicated using the manufacturer’s names in the documentation.
