Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is classified in the Common Procurement Vocabulary under CPV codes: 66510000-8 - insurance services, 66516100-1 - motor vehicle liability insurance services 66514110-0 - motor vehicle insurance services 66512100-3 accident insurance services 2. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into lots. The insurance includes: 2.1. motor insurance: a) compulsory third-party liability insurance for owners of motor vehicles (OC p.p.m.), b) comprehensive motor insurance (AC, AC/KR), c) personal accident insurance for drivers and passengers of motor vehicles (NNW), 3. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of exercising an option right. 5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the pzp. - 20% of the value of the entire basic contract. 6. Contract performance period: The insurance period is 24 months from 15 November 2026 to 14 November 2028, divided into two settlement periods: I settlement period: from 15 November 2026 to 14 November 2027 II settlement period: from 15 November 2027 to 14 November 2028 7.
