The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of applying the option right. 7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the Pzp. 8. Certification of contractors in accordance with the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors, in connection with Art. 124 sec. 2 of the Pzp Act 9. In the contract award procedure, instead of the relevant subjective means of evidence, the contractor may submit a certificate confirming the granting of certification of public procurement contractors, respectively within the scope referred to in Art. 3 sec. 2 point 1 or 2 of the Act of 5 August 2025 on the certification of public procurement contractors: a) The certificate replaces subjective means of evidence solely with respect to the circumstances covered by its scope. b) If the certificate covers only some of the required circumstances, the contractor shall submit the remaining subjective means of evidence concerning circumstances not covered by the certification. c) The Contracting Authority does not require possession of a certificate.
