Translation services from Polish into English, French and German and vice versa, as well as other translations 1. The subject matter of the contract is to ensure the provision of whispered simultaneous interpretation, simultaneous interpretation using the internal mechanism of the platform for organizing online conferences, and written translation from Polish into the indicated foreign language and vice versa. 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract includes the following scope: a. simultaneous interpretation of two webinars (Local Development Forums) from Polish into English or German or French and vice versa (2 interpreters), using the internal mechanism of the given platform for organizing online conferences, made available by the Contracting Authority – a total of 2 interpretation blocks, one on each day; Each time, one of the listed languages, indicated by the Contracting Authority with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. b. whispered simultaneous interpretation from Polish into:  English and vice versa (2 interpreters),  French and vice versa (2 interpreters),  German and vice versa (2 interpreters), each time 2 languages in a combination indicated by the Contracting Authority, during Experience Exchange Network meetings (workshop format of the event) in Warsaw, Poland, on 27-28 October 2026, a total of 3 (three) times, with 3 interpretation blocks each, including: provision of portable devices for whispered interpretation (transmitter + receiver each time for an average of 25 people); c. Written translation from Polish into English and vice versa, from Polish into German and vice versa, and from Polish into French and vice versa, of documents developed as part of the project; for the purpose of preparing the price offer, please assume that the estimated number of pages will include 2 pages translated in the “standard” mode and 50 pages in the “express” mode. At the stage of announcing the contract, the Contracting Authority is unable to determine the estimated number of pages in a given language. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 0 PLN.
