1. The subject of the contract is the supply of ophthalmic materials for Szpital Miejski w Rudzie Śląskiej Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 9 parts (packages). Hydrophobic acrylic lenses - 5 assortment items.
