1. Supply of intraocular lenses, ophthalmic accessories, and glaucoma stents for the Ophthalmology Clinics of USK-2 PUM in Szczecin. 2. The contract consists of 9 tasks, a detailed description of which is provided in Annex 2 FCJ. 3. The contracting authority requires the offered medical devices to have been placed on the market in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws 2024.1620, as amended). 4. The contracting authority requires the shelf life of all offered products to be at least 12 months, calculated from the date of delivery to the contracting authority’s premises. 5.
