The subject of the contract is the supply of enteral nutrition diets for patients at home and oral medical nutrition preparations to the Hospital Pharmacy of the L. Zamenhof University Children's Clinical Hospital in Białystok, ul. J. Waszyngtona 17, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority.
