Justification for the selection: The proprietary supervision service may be provided exclusively by the owner of the copyrights to the Integrated Information System InfoMedica / Asseco Medical Management Solution (AMMS) software, i.e. ASSECO Poland S.A. The purchase of licenses for the above-mentioned software may also be made only from the software author. There is no reasonable alternative or substitute solution, and the absence of competition is not the result of an intentional narrowing of the procurement parameters.
