Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of support for the devices for the following periods, in accordance with the end dates of the existing support period, i.e.: 1.1. from 12.10.2026 to 11.10.2030 – for the devices listed in points 1-4 of the definition of devices contained in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.2. from 22.12.2026 to 21.12.2030 – for the devices listed in points 5-23 of the definition of devices contained in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.3. from 1.01.2027 to 31.12.2030 – for the devices listed in points 24-34 of the definition of devices contained in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ; 1.4. from 18.01.2027 to 17.01.2031 – for the devices listed in points 35-38 of the definition of devices contained in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Support for the Devices will be provided in consecutive periods, each of which corresponds to a period of 365 days or, where it includes a leap year, 366 days. 3. If the Contractor is unable to provide Support from the commencement dates specified in paragraph 1, the first Support period shall commence on the date Support is actually provided, but no earlier than the dates specified in paragraph 1, and subsequent periods shall be determined as directly consecutive periods referred to in paragraph 2. 4.
