Opportunity description

Delivery, implementation and data migration of an ICT system intended for comprehensive administrative support for regional probation officers and Court Probation Service Teams in the Rzeszów court of appeal area, divided into the basic scope and option rights: - Basic contract: delivery, including implementation and migration, of the System for comprehensive administrative support for probation officers in 11 courts (SO Krosno, SR Krosno, SR Brzozów, SR Lesko, SR Sanok, SR Jasło, SO Przemyśl, SR Przeworsk, SR Lubaczów, SR Jarosław, SR Przemyśl); - Option right: *Package I Portal for community probation officers and entities (for 9 courts: SR Krosno, SR Brzozów, SR Lesko, SR Sanok, SR Jasło, SR Przeworsk, SR Lubaczów, SR Jarosław, SR Przemyśl), *Package II: delivery, implementation and data migration of the System for administrative support for probation officers, together with the Portal for community probation officers, in 13 courts (SO Rzeszów, SR Łańcut, SR Leżajsk, SR Dębica, SR Ropczyce, SR Strzyżów, SR Rzeszów, SO Tarnobrzeg, SR Tarnobrzeg, SR Mielec, SR Kolbuszowa, SR Nisko, SR Stalowa Wola). As part of performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to: 1) deliver, implement, migrate data, launch and maintain an ICT system intended for comprehensive administrative support for regional probation officers and Court Probation Service Teams in the Rzeszów court of appeal area (hereinafter referred to as the “System”), within the scope specified in the basic contract and taking into account the possibility of extending the System’s functionality under the contract performed pursuant to the option right; 2) supply the System with the required licences and components, i.e. supply perpetual and non-exclusive licences for the System and all its functionalities, without any limit on user workstations; 3) configure and implement the System; 4) perform the analysis, preparation and migration of data from the system currently used by the judicial units indicated by the Contracting Authority; 5) verify data quality and prepare data for production migration; 6) launch the System in the Contracting Authority’s environment; 7) conduct the necessary training for System users; 8) provide a warranty and maintain the System in the form of post-implementation support; 9) provide the System’s user documentation in electronic form enabling full-text searches of its content; 10) prepare and hand over the System’s as-built documentation, including in particular information concerning the implemented System configuration, work performed, data migration and elements necessary for its proper operation and maintenance, within the scope and in the manner specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Model Contract constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the offered provision, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to perform the contract, both as main elements and as components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, shall not include: 1) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, finding that they have a negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; 2) an ICT product whose type has been specified in a decision recognising a supplier as a high-risk supplier, as referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision.
