Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the Agreement is the supply of products in the field of Red Hat software, the types and quantities of which are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement – the response form to the order request. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the Framework Agreement. 3. The Contractor undertakes that the supplied subject matter of the Agreement will meet all the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the Framework Agreement. 4. Delivery location: Court of Appeal in Kraków, ul. Przy Rondzie 3, 31-547 Kraków. 5: Performance deadline: the deadline for delivery of the products is up to 7 working days from the date of conclusion of the implementing agreement, with the proviso that the period of use of the individual products ordered is specified in the Pricing Table (a total of 12 months).
