Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of AKI 93 aviation gasoline (without excise duty) in the amount of 250,000 liters for the needs of OKL PANS in Chełm. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, Description of the subject of the contract. AKI 93 aviation gasoline in the amount of 250,000 liters, with delivery to the airport fuel station in Depułtycze Królewskie. AKI 93 aviation gasoline compliant with the product safety data sheet and the technical conditions specified by the manufacturer. The Contracting Authority anticipates 25 fuel deliveries. The Contracting Authority specifies the required completion time for each delivery batch as 7 days from the submission of a request by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires aviation fuel to be delivered by tanker trucks equipped with fuel transfer pumps and a vent line with a 100 mm diameter connector for connection to the tank's vent system. Settlement will be based on the fuel delivered to the Contracting Authority. The fuel is to be delivered to the Contracting Authority's fuel station using a tanker truck with a pump. Delivery deadline - within 7 days from the date the order is placed. Contract performance period: until December 31, 2027, or earlier, until the full amount of the Contractor's remuneration has been used. The Contracting Authority permits the inclusion of delivery costs in the fuel price. The fuel prices on the invoice will correspond to the current fuel prices published by the supplier.
