Purchase and delivery of 2 portable, handheld, multifunctional gamma and neutron radiation spectrometers intended for the Warsaw-Modlin Border Guard Post. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver and commission the devices specified in the OPZ and perform all activities necessary for the correct and trouble-free operation of the devices at their place of use; 2) provide a warranty under the terms set out in the Contract, including carrying out technical inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Contract and the manufacturer's recommendations specified in the technical documentation of the devices, but no less frequently than every six months during the warranty period; The warranty period constitutes a tender evaluation criterion described in point 13.4, Chapter 13 of the SWZ. 3) conduct train-the-trainer training for a maximum of 4 persons designated by the Contracting Authority and the User. Training participants must acquire the ability to independently conduct on-the-job training for new device operators in the correct commissioning and operation of the devices, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the operating instructions; 4) update the software and embedded application during the warranty period if the manufacturer introduces new software and an embedded application or new versions thereof. The OPZ is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and the PPU constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
