Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Supply of laboratory equipment for water quality testing for the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Biała Podlaska. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 3 Parts/Packages: Part 1 – Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS), Part 2 – Liquid chromatograph with fluorescence detector (HPLC-FLD), Part 3 – Water purification system. The contract is financed from the state budget, from the special-purpose reserve. The purchases arise from the Act of 13 March 2026 amending the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage disposal and certain other acts (Journal of Laws 2026, item 605). Acting pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
