A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance are contained in the draft contract together with the annexes (including detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract – Annexes No. 1 to the Draft Contracts), respectively for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2, constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for Task No. 1, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for Task No. 2, Annex No. 1C to the SWZ for Task No. 3, and Annex No. 1D to the SWZ for Task No. 4. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report for the equipment constituting the subject of the contract for each task. Task No. 1: Supply of a UV-Vis spectrometer for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ. A tender providing for a shortened performance period will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders for the given task, using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous tender specified in Chapter 13 of this SWZ. Task No. 2: Supply of a tunable excitation system for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ.
