Opportunity description

The subject of the contract is the supply of scientific and research equipment for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, divided into two tasks: • Task No. 1: Supply of a UV-Vis spectrometer for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, • Task No. 2: Supply of a tunable excitation system for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, • Task No. 3: Supply of a near-infrared spectral detection system for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, • Task No. 4: Supply of a detection system operating in the range up to 3000 nm for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance are contained in the draft contract together with the annexes (including detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract – Annexes No. 1 to the Draft Contracts), respectively for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2, constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ for Task No. 1, Annex No. 1B to the SWZ for Task No. 2, Annex No. 1C to the SWZ for Task No. 3, and Annex No. 1D to the SWZ for Task No. 4. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report for the equipment constituting the subject of the contract for each task. Task No. 1: Supply of a UV-Vis spectrometer for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance are contained in the draft contract together with the annexes (including a detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract), constituting Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report. The Contractor is required to perform the subject of the contract within the following period: Task No. 1: no later than 25 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor may shorten the contract performance period under Task No. 1 in relation to the period indicated above. A tender providing for a shortened performance period will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders for the given task, using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous tender specified in Chapter 13 of this SWZ. Task No. 2: Supply of a tunable excitation system for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the annexes to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance are contained in the draft contract together with the annexes (including a detailed description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract), constituting Annex No. 1B to the SWZ. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
