Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is the sale and delivery of a body composition analyzer for the Faculty of Health Sciences and Psychology. 2. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into lots. The Contracting Authority does not permit the submission of partial tenders. The reasons for not dividing the contract into lots are contained in the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages applying the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the PZP Act. 5. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the PZP Act, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of cancelling this procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been awarded to it. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require the submission of a bid bond. 7. The Contracting Authority does not require the provision of a performance bond. 8. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract are contained in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ: a) The proposed assortment must be new, unused, free from defects, and its technical and functional parameters must be no lower than those presented in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ. b) The Contracting Authority permits the submission of equivalent tenders. Wherever the Contracting Authority describes the subject matter of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents, or references to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, origin, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority permits solutions equivalent to those described. c) Warranty requirements: The Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty no shorter than that required in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract—Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ—calculated from the date on which both parties sign the acceptance protocol (without reservations) for the subject matter of the contract.
