The subject of the contract is the supply of scientific and research apparatus for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, divided into two tasks: • Task No. 1: Supply of a quadrupole mass spectrometer for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, • Task No. 2: Supply of a continuous-wave laser source with the possibility of introducing the beam into the measurement system via an optical fiber for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, under the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract for the given task, in the appendices to the draft contract for the given task, and in the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of performance are contained in the draft contract together with the appendices (including detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract – Appendices No. 1 to the Draft Contracts), respectively for Task No. 1 and Task No. 2, constituting Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ for Task No. 1 and Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ for Task No. 2. Warranty period for the supplied equipment: a minimum of 18 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the equipment constituting the subject of the contract for Task No. 1 and a minimum of 24 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the equipment constituting the subject of the contract for Task No. 2. The Contractor may extend the warranty period under Task No. 1 and Task No. 2 in relation to the periods indicated above. A tender providing for an extension of the warranty period will receive points as part of the evaluation of tenders for the given task, applying the criteria for selecting the most advantageous tender specified in Chapter 13 of this SWZ.
