Opportunity description

Purchase and delivery of 2 portable gamma-neutron radiation spectrometers intended for the Warsaw-Okęcie Border Guard Post. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver and commission the devices specified in the OPZ and perform all activities necessary for the correct and trouble-free operation of the devices at their place of use; 2) provide a warranty under the terms stipulated in the Agreement, including carrying out technical inspections in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement and the manufacturer’s recommendations set out in the technical documentation, but no less frequently than every six months during the warranty period; 3) conduct train-the-trainer training for a maximum of 5 Border Guard officers designated by the Contracting Authority and the User on the proper start-up and operation of the devices. Training participants must acquire the ability to independently conduct on-the-job training for new device operators on the proper start-up and operation of the devices, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the operating instructions; 4) update the software and embedded application during the warranty period if the manufacturer introduces new software and an embedded application or new versions thereof. The OPZ is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, and the PPU constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
