Opportunity description
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents for anti-HLA antibody analysis for transplant diagnostics using flow fluorometry, in the quantity and meeting the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 2. The assortment referred to in point 1 must meet the requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the mandatory requirements specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the tender. 3. The Contracting Authority requires the delivery, together with the first delivery, of computer software appropriate for the evaluation of typing (CE IVD certified), along with instructions for its use in electronic form on a data carrier (PenDrive). 4. As part of the procedure, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide ongoing technical assistance with performing and analyzing results and with the proper functioning of the database containing results obtained using the offered assortment listed in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. As part of the procedure, the Contractor is obliged to conduct comprehensive training at the HLA Unit of the UCK Laboratory of Immunology and Clinical Transplantology in the following areas: • The procedure and use of the offered assortment; • All stages of performing the test using the offered assortment; • Analysis of results. 6. For training purposes, the Contractor shall provide a complete set of reagents, calibrators, controls, consumable parts and materials, and other reagents and accessories necessary to test 24 samples using the Contracting Authority’s Luminex 200 xPONENT/Luminex FLEXMAP 3D system. 7. The assortment will be delivered on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery period is 14 working days from the date the order is placed. 8. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at its own expense to the UCK Laboratory of Immunology and Clinical Transplantology, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80-214 Gdańsk.
