1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of reagents and consumables for microbiological diagnostics, together with the lease of equipment for periods of 36, 24 and 12 months” divided into 6 parts: Part No 1 Reagents for infectious serology performed for individual determinations (monotests) using the CLIA method, together with the lease of an instrument compatible with the tests being ordered for a period of 24 months Part No 2 Reagents, control materials and consumables for the Vitek 2 analyzers owned by UCK, together with the lease of densitometers for a period of 36 months Part No 3 Cassette tests for the diagnosis of gastrointestinal infections, together with the lease of shakers for a period of 36 months Part No 4 Supply of tests for the diagnosis of C. difficile infections, together with the lease and installation of an analyzer for 12 months Part No 5 Supply of reagents for the identification of Gram-negative bacilli using the slide agglutination method for a period of 36 months Part No 6 Supply of reagents for the identification of Gram-negative bacilli using the slide agglutination method for a period of 36 months 2. The minimum shelf life of the goods covered by the subject matter of the contract is: - applies to parts: 1, 2, 3, 4 - min. 6 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority's registered office - applies to 5 and 6 – min. 20 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority's registered office Deliveries of products with a shorter shelf life may be permitted in exceptional situations, and each such delivery must be approved by an authorized representative of the Contracting Authority.
