1. The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, control, calibration and consumable materials together with the lease of a hematology analyzer, reagents for the automated purification of nucleic acids, library preparation and sequencing, and consumables for the Genexus sequencer owned by UCK WUM for UCKWUM for a period of 12 and 36 months, divided into 2 lots. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Product and Price Form; Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ – Technical parameters of the analyzer for performing tests concerning Lot No. 1: Reagents, control, calibration and consumable materials together with the lease of an analyzer for performing basic blood count (CBC), blood count with automated white blood cell differential (DIFF), and automated measurement of erythrocyte sedimentation rate for a period of 36 months; Reagents for the automated purification of nucleic acids, library preparation and sequencing, and consumables for the Genexus sequencer /owned by UCK WUM/ for a period of 12 months.
