Opportunity description

The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of disposable items together with the lease of equipment for the Microbiology Laboratory and the Department of Pathomorphology (hereinafter referred to as the goods), described in detail and in the quantities specified in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with the lease of equipment (hereinafter also referred to interchangeably as the device or the leased item), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, and in accordance with the draft contractual provisions constituting Annex No. 4 to this SWZ.- (this provision applies to the task involving a lease – task No. 1). The Contracting Authority guarantees that the minimum value of orders awarded to the Contractor within a given task throughout the entire term of the contract will amount to 70% of the maximum value of the Contractor's remuneration for that task, as specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the contract. The Contracting Authority informs that, in these proceedings conducted under the open tender procedure, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139(1) of the p.z.p. Act. When applying the aforementioned procedure, the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders and will then assess the eligibility of the Contractor whose tender received the highest evaluation with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
