The subject matter of the contract is the successive supply of consumable laboratory materials in 3 packages for the organizational units of the Medical University of Gdańsk. 2. The subject matter of the contract consists of the following packages, described in detail in Annex No. 3 to this SWZ: Package 1 – consumable laboratory materials Package 2 – consumable laboratory materials Package 2 – consumable laboratory materials 3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of partial tenders for the packages described from 1 to 3. Each Contractor may submit a tender for a package or packages of its choice. 4. The quantities of individual products have been provided on an estimated basis for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to execute 50% of the value of the basic contract, without the need to amend the terms of the Agreement (applies to Packages 1-3) 5. The required shelf life of the items constituting the subject matter of the contract for each delivery is at least 12 months, excluding any item covered by the contract for which the manufacturer has stipulated a shorter shelf life calculated from the date of delivery of the goods (applies to Packages 1-3) 9. In connection with Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No L 229 of 31.07.2014, p. 1), as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 and as amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/2033 of 23 October 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (OJ EU No L 111 of 08.04.2022, p. 1, and OJ EU No L 2033 of 23.10.2025, p. 1, as amended), the Contracting Authority hereby informs that it will not award a public contract falling within the scope of the public procurement directives, as well as within the scope of Article 10(1) and (3), Article 10(6)(a)–(e), Article 10(8), (9) and (10), Articles 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Directive 2014/23/EU, Article 7(a)–(d), Article 8, Article 10(b)–(f) and (h)–(j) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Article 18, Article 21(b)–(e) and (g)–(i), Articles 29 and 30 of Directive 2014/25/EU, and Article 13(a)–(d), (f)–(h) and (j) of Directive 2009/81/EC to or with the participation of: a) Russian nationals or natural persons residing in Russia, or legal persons, entities or bodies established in Russia; b) legal persons, entities or bodies whose proprietary rights are directly or indirectly owned for more than 50% by a natural or legal person, entity or body referred to in point (a) of this paragraph; or c) natural or legal persons, entities or bodies acting on behalf or at the direction of a natural or legal person, entity or body referred to in point (a) or (b) of this paragraph, including subcontractors, suppliers or entities whose capacities are relied upon within the meaning of the public procurement directives, where they account for more than 10% of the contract value. 12. In order to confirm that none of the grounds listed in paragraph 11 above applies to the Contractor, the tender must be accompanied by a declaration – Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. 13. Where Contractors jointly apply for the contract, the declaration referred to in paragraph 12 above shall be submitted by each of the Contractors jointly applying for the contract. 14. Detailed provisions concerning the performance of obligations relating to this contract are contained in the draft agreement – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
