Opportunity description

Modernization of part of the lighting circuits in the city of Częstochowa includes the replacement of 4,325 existing luminaires together with their protection devices with modern energy-efficient LED luminaires (1,805 LED luminaires with a control system and 2,520 LED luminaires with autonomous power reduction). Preparation of the works: - Preparation of arrangements and approvals: - Traffic organization plan for the duration of the works, with approval. - Schedule for carrying out the modernization works. - Arrangements concerning the method of carrying out the works in accordance with the guidelines of the Municipal Roads Authority in Częstochowa Performance of the works: - Performance of modernization works on the basis of the prepared design documentation, including in particular: - dismantling of lighting equipment, - installation of LED luminaires on existing supports, - conversion of existing luminaires in the zone under the supervision of the historic preservation officer through the installation of retrofit LED systems, - the contractor should allow for the possibility that the installation of park luminaires may need to be adapted to the existing brackets, - replacement of protection devices, - commissioning of the control system, - carrying out tests and measurements and commissioning the lighting, - trimming branches that obstruct the luminous flux emitted by the luminaire, - carrying out finishing and clean-up works. - preparation of acceptance documentation – containing test and measurement results, as-built inventory documentation and other elements required by separate regulations. - Carrying out 10 luminance measurements on designated road sections and 10 illuminance measurements. - training in the operation of the control system. NOTE: The lighting luminaire must allow for the installation of an apparatus (radio) fuse at the power supply input. Some of the circuits covered by the luminaire replacement have cavity-free poles (promenade system) that are not equipped with fuse boards or a lamp fuse.
