Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive advisory services (legal, economic and financial, and technical) and preparation of the functional and utility program for the project entitled “Construction of the Sopot Treatment and Rehabilitation Center”. 2. The Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose tender is deemed the most advantageous, under the conditions specified in the PPU. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of introducing amendments to the concluded contract pursuant to Article 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of Contractors conducting a site visit. The intention to conduct a site visit must be submitted via the Procurement Platform at: https://zamowienia.mfipr.gov.pl/, and its date will be set by the Contracting Authority. The intention to conduct a site visit must be submitted no later than 7 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. No explanations concerning the content of the SWZ will be provided during the site visit. 4. The Contracting Authority does not require a bid bond. 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to first examine and evaluate the tenders and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require a performance bond. 7.
