The subject of the procedure is: Group life insurance service for employees and family members of employees of the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Kraśnik. The Contracting Authority does not guarantee that all employed employees and family members of the Contracting Authority’s employees will join the group life and health insurance. During the insurance period, changes may occur in the number of insured persons. If an employee or an employee’s family member withdraws from the insurance, the Contracting Authority is not obliged to pay the insurance premium for them. The detailed terms of the contract, together with the description of the subject matter of the contract and the age and gender structure, are provided in the annexes to the SWZ. Procedure: open.
