1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of 4 brand-new, unused electric stretchers, manufactured no earlier than in 2026, free from physical and legal defects, and not used for demonstration purposes: bariatric electric stretchers – 2 units – Lot 1, and electric stretchers – 2 units – Lot 2, according to the specifications set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 lots. 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the following appendices: 3.1.
