Opportunity description

1. The subject of the Contract is the supply of hydrated lime for the needs of PGE GiEK, Bełchatów Power Plant Branch, in an estimated total quantity of: 8 400 Mg, including: 7 000 Mg (Basic scope) and 1 400 Mg (Option), with quality parameters and according to the specification set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantity specified in the Basic scope, throughout the entire period of performance of the Contract specified in point 4.1 of the SWZ, by no more than 30% (i.e. to a minimum quantity of 4 900 Mg). 3. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Deliveries will be carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Draft provisions of the Contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
