The subject of the procurement is the construction of an installation for the collection, transmission and combustion of landfill biogas together with the necessary technical infrastructure associated with Renewable Energy Source (RES) installations. The subject of the procurement is the preparation of design documentation, obtaining the permits required by law, and the construction of an installation for the collection, transmission and combustion of landfill biogas together with the necessary technical infrastructure associated with Renewable Energy Source installations producing electricity or electricity and heat, ultimately in two generating units with an electrical capacity of up to 110 kWe each, powered by biogas obtained from a landfill for waste other than hazardous and inert waste. The installation will consist of two main parts: 1) RES Station – responsible for biogas combustion and the production of electricity and heat. 2) Biogas field – located in the active landfill cell no. 1, from which biogas is collected The procurement is to be carried out under the “design and build” system The Contracting Authority requires a quality guarantee for the completed subject matter of the contract for a minimum period of 60 months for construction works and 24 months for Equipment together with installation.
