New power cables must be laid along new cable routes (trays) made of stainless steel; at the equipment, the wiring must be routed in plastic conduits. 4) Supplying rinsing water to the screenings wash press. The current wash press is supplied with water through a PE pipeline with a diameter of 20mm. 5) Performance of the necessary accompanying work to the extent required for the proper installation and proper operation of the supplied equipment. 6) Modernization of part of the Instrumentation, Control and Automation system (hereinafter: AKPiA) by integrating the supplied equipment into the control system. 7) Supply of a controller for the process equipment (mechanical rake screens, screenings wash press, screw conveyor), adapted for communication with the Contracting Authority’s existing SCADA system via the Modbus TCP protocol, together with commissioning and configuration of Modbus TCP communication and provision of complete communication documentation, including a Modbus register map containing all status, alarm, and measurement signals and parameters available for reading and writing. 8) Adaptation of signals from the new screens in accordance with the existing diagram to enable their connection to the existing control system. Modbus TCP communication shall be used, together with the preparation and provision of a register list. 9) Commissioning of the equipment. Inspection and acceptance by the Contracting Authority of the installation and equipment under actual operating conditions. 10) Conducting in-person training in equipment operation at the delivery location for 10 employees of the Contracting Authority in the areas of: occupational health and safety, operation and use, and maintenance of the supplied equipment, and ensuring the issuance of personalized certificates to the trained operators authorizing them to operate, use, and maintain the subject matter of the contract; 11) Provision of acceptance documents.
