1. The subject matter of the contract is the purchase and supply of specialized research apparatus for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw, divided into 4 lots: Lot 1: Supply of a DLS particle analyzer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) Lot 2: Supply of a rheometer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) Lot 3: Supply of a universal testing machine for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) Lot 4: Supply of a UV-VIS spectrophotometer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) 2. The supplied equipment must meet the requirements concerning its technical condition, completeness, and accessories specified for the individual lots of the contract. Lot 1: Supply of a DLS particle analyzer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Supply, installation, and commissioning of a used DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering) particle analyzer with a zeta potential measurement function, manufactured no earlier than 2021, together with the necessary accessories and cabling. b) The device must be complete and fully operational. On the delivery date, the Contractor shall provide the necessary documentation, including a Certificate of Technical Fitness issued by the manufacturer’s authorized service center. Lot 2: Supply of a rheometer for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Supply, installation, and commissioning of a brand-new, unused rheometer, together with the necessary accessories and cabling. b) The device must be complete and ready for use. On the delivery date, the Contractor shall provide the necessary technical documentation and operating instructions. Lot 3: Supply of a universal testing machine for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw (1 unit) a) Supply, installation, and commissioning of a used universal testing machine, manufactured no earlier than 2019, together with the necessary accessories and cabling. b) The device must be complete and fully operational.
