Opportunity description

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Supply and installation of a Centre for 5-axis laser micromachining - texturing laser. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the technical description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The subject matter of the contract is financed under the project entitled “Industrial Metrology Centre” (project No.: FEOP.01.03-IP.01-0001/25), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Opolskie 2021-2027 programme. 4. Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: 38540000-2 Testing and measuring machines and apparatus 42610000-5 Laser-operated machine tools or machining centres 5. The equipment supplied must be brand-new and mass-produced. The equipment must be fully operational, manufactured for the European Union market, and meet all technical parameters specified in the technical descriptions of the subject matter of the contract. 1. This procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Article 132 of the p.z.p. Act and these Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as the "SWZ". 2. The estimated value of the contract exceeds the amount specified in the notice of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Article 3(2) of the p.z.p. 3. The Contracting Authority does not envisage applying the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the PZP Act. 4. The Contracting Authority does not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PZP. 5. Detailed requirements concerning contract performance are specified in the model contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in the Technical Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (OTPZ), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
