Opportunity description
1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a system for femtosecond measurements of optical phenomena in materials for quantum technologies. For the purposes of this procedure, the system for femtosecond measurements of optical phenomena in materials for quantum technologies will be referred to in the procurement documents as the “measurement system” or the ”devices”. 2. The supply of the measurement system includes: a. the sale and delivery of the measurement system to the Contracting Authority’s premises; b. bringing in, assembling and installing all components of the measurement system; c. integrating and commissioning the measurement system; d. aligning the system, understood as the precise configuration and synchronization of all components of the measurement system, ensuring achievement of the required technical and measurement parameters; e. performing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) at the Contracting Authority’s premises; f. providing technical documentation and operating instructions in accordance with the provisions below in this regard. 3. The above-mentioned measurement system constitutes an integrated research setup and must consist of at least two main components: 1) a femtosecond laser system; 2) a detection system with a streak camera. All components of the measurement system must be fully compatible with one another in terms of hardware, software and functionality and must enable the measurement system to operate as a single, complete and integrated measurement platform. The purchase is financed under the Contracting Authority’s agreement with the State Treasury – the Minister of Science and Higher Education dated 16.12.2025, No. 2355/0062/IA/SP/2025, for the implementation of an investment related to scientific activity entitled “System for femtosecond measurements of optical phenomena in materials for quantum technologies,” (application registration No. (IA/SP/0062/2025/06), amended by Annex No. 1 dated 3.02.2026. 1.
