1.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of servers and expansion of the backup system for the needs of the SCADA Project at Enea Operator sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 lots. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to submit a tender for all lots of the contract (i.e. the Contractor may submit a tender for a selected lot, several lots, or all lots of the contract). Lot 1: Expansion of the backup system at Enea Operator Lot 2: Supply of servers together with virtualization software 1.2. Variant tenders are not permitted. 1.3. The Contracting Authority permits the submission of tenders for individual lots. The submitted tender must cover the entire subject of the contract for the given lot. 1.4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate the parts of the contract that it intends to entrust to Subcontractors and to provide the names of the Subcontractors. 1.5. The Contractor may submit only one tender. Alternatives included in the tender will result in its rejection. The submission of more than one tender by a Contractor will result in the rejection of all its tenders. 1.6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter II of the SWZ, “Description of the subject of the contract”. 1.7. 3.7.
